Are items made to order?
Yes. Every piece is printed and produced when you order it, which keeps runs limited and waste low. Please allow a few days for production before shipping.
What’s your returns policy?
Because products are made to order, we don’t accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind. If there’s a print error or a visible quality issue, we’ll replace or refund it, just reach out with a photo within 30 days of delivery.
How long is shipping?
Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days, plus carrier transit time to your region. You’ll get tracking once it ships. Free shipping worldwide on every order, no fees added at checkout.
